Save the following profiles with ""ight mouse-click & save target as" to your *.lcp folder
[file contains calibration data for the 500mm f4 IS lens at f4 and f5.6. The photos to generate it have been taken with a EOS 5D Mark II full frame camera in order to account for the full vignetting effect of the lens]

The website of Adobe (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lensprofile_creator/) gives you all of the answers and provides the necessary charts and software for downloading.
